GiftShopGifts.com Opens New Blog to Communicate with Shoppers

Ephraim, UT (PRWEB) February 22, 2008 -- Chris & Susan Williams of GiftShopGifts.com have opened a new blog at www.GiftShopGifts.org to complement their online variety store and brick and mortar gift shop, bringing the familiar feel of their store to the Internet.

Gift Shop Gifts began as a small store in the heart of Ephraim, a cozy Utah town whose population doubles every time nearby Snow College is in session. Chris and Susan Williams' store shares its space with Gandolfo's New York Style Deli, their other business, and provides an eclectic mix of products for all tastes.

Not long ago, Chris and Susan took the leap online and opened www.GiftShopGifts.com, expanding their market to the entire Internet shopping population and doing business with the same hospitable customer service they're known for in Ephraim.

"Most of our customers want to trade a chicken or a bale of hay for our fine gifts," jokes Chris, "but things have changed these days, and that's just not practical. We decided we needed to expand our customer base."

While the online store reaches a much wider audience, it lacks the personal support and contact of the brick and mortar shop, so Chris and Susan opened www.GiftShopGifts.org, an online blog that supplements and supports their web store with product information, reviews, and a forum for their customers to contact them. Opening the floor for discussion and questions, the Williamses have brought the feel of a comfortable country store to the Internet, giving their shoppers a little taste of Ephraim.

"Our gift shop is loaded with a wide variety of fun and unusual gifts," says Susan, who is rightfully proud of her store. "We have something for everyone in the family." With the addition of the blog, now they also have a place for the whole family to talk, giving buying advice and offering up information on upcoming sales and specials.
